Moving can be very exciting!  You may be moving due to a promotion, a job change or a need to accommodate a changing family size.  More and more I am hearing about people who want to downsize, to get rid of the home maintenance responsibilities, and to reduce some of the increasing costs of living like property taxes.  Others I talk with see residential real estate as a wiser use of some of their investment resources while some wish to own a second home in the City for themselves or their children.

As a former REALTOR® in Kentucky, I have eight years of residential real estate experience in the Chicago Area in both single family detached and attached properties.  I am a real estate Broker and certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative who has worked with relocation and multicultural clients.  My experience can be valuable to you in this challenging marketplace whether you are buying or selling.
